Who I am

This website is run by Ads by Reece (“I”, “me”). For privacy purposes I am the controller of personal information sent through this site. Contact: contact@adsbyreece.co.uk.

What this site does — and does not — collect

This is a brochure website with a calculator that runs in your browser and a form that opens your own email app. I do not run user accounts, payment pages, or a CRM on this site.

I do not use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party tracking on this website. There is no cookie banner because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to.

When you email me

If you use the contact form or write to contact@adsbyreece.co.uk, your email application sends a message to my mailbox. That typically includes your name, email address, and whatever you write (business name, monthly spend, and a note about your ads, if you include them).

That information is not stored in a database on this website. It sits in email, like any other enquiry. I use it to reply and, if we work together, to start the conversation about your account. I keep enquiry emails for as long as I need them to handle the request and keep ordinary business records.

Legal basis under UK GDPR: taking steps at your request before a contract, and legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry.

The ROI calculator

Spend, margin, and ROAS figures you move on the calculator stay in your browser. They are not sent to me and are not saved on a server.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted by a professional hosting provider. To serve pages they may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. That is ordinary operation of a website, not marketing. Retention follows the host’s logs policy. I do not use those logs to identify you or to advertise to you.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may keep its own data (for example a scroll position) — that is your device, not a cookie I control. If I add analytics or other non-essential tools later, this policy and a consent prompt will change first.

Who I share information with

I do not sell personal information. Email is processed by my email provider so I can receive and reply. The hosting provider processes technical data as described above. I only share information if the law requires it.

International transfers

Hosting and email providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens they are responsible for using an appropriate safeguard (such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict certain processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Email contact@adsbyreece.co.uk and I will deal with it.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If the way I handle information changes, I will update this page and the date at the top. Related: Terms.
