The short version

This website is information about independent paid search work. Using it does not hire me. A paid engagement starts only when we agree it in writing (including email). I do not guarantee a ROAS, an ROI, or a volume of leads.

Who these terms cover

What the site is for

The pages explain how I think about PPC, ROAS and ROI, and how to get in touch. They are not advice for your specific business until we have looked at your account. Google Ads policies, the law, and your own numbers still apply.

The calculator

The ROI scale is arithmetic using the spend, margin, and ROAS you enter. It is not a forecast, a quote, or a promise. A “healthy” reading on the scale is a teaching example, not a guarantee of what your account will do.

Enquiries

Sending the form or an email is an enquiry, not a contract. I may decline work. If we go ahead, the scope, fees, and responsibilities will be set out in writing before media spend is committed.

Results

Paid search depends on your offer, your tracking, your margins, competition, and Google’s systems. I will not promise a multiple. I will report in ROAS and ROI on work we agree.

Ads by Reece is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Google LLC or its products. “Google Ads” and related names are trademarks of their owners. You remain the owner of your Google Ads account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your use of the site

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no loading malware, no attempting to break security, no sending automated spam through the contact form. I may block access if that happens.

Intellectual property

The copy, layout, and calculator on this site belong to Ads by Reece unless stated otherwise. You may not copy the site as a template for another business without permission. You keep ownership of materials you send me about your own business.

Liability

This website is provided as-is for information. I am not liable for decisions you make solely from the public pages or the calculator. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under English law.

For paid work, any cap on liability will be in the written agreement for that work — not inferred from this page.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that I may still pursue a claim in your local courts if needed.
